If you want the finest, freshest olive oil you can purchase, Mt. Kofinas is the place to go! Never in my life have I had olive oil that was recently picked and pressed and then shipped directly over from Crete. It's the best olive oil I've had. They carry regular and infused oils, along with their vinegars. I love their white peach vinegar. It works great with pork! They also have recently had an exclusive honey only produced on the island. It's rare that you buy olive oil from the actual family that grows and produces it. It's awesome hearing the owner, Nick Semertzides, tell about his families olive grove in Stavies. He has such an enthusiasm when talking about his products. It's a must visit when at Findlay Market!
