So the mini salad dressing kit my sister got me at 1st it was syrupy then taisted it was sweet but tiny drizzle of raw honey complimented the vinegar beautifuly this vinegar was not like the balsamic vinegars you get in the stores this was like grapes vermented and cooked in such a way that no sugars where dare added but the the true grapes reduction maid into pure blisss full deliciousness id take a few gallons of this before i revert to the grocery store stuff as a kid i use to drink the vinegar n oil dressing my mom would make after dinner salad was finished still do to this day

I received a gift set from my boss with a few of the olive oils and this balsamic vinegar. Once I finished the balsamic vinegar, I had to order more. I was just looking to place another order and realized I never reviewed this product. The is, by far, the best tasting balsamic vinegar I have had. The thickness and just the right touch of sweetness brings a bland salad to another level. Using a balsamic vinegar from a store is like adding regular vinegar compared to Kofinas. My boss knew I would appreciate the gift because I am very careful about food quality, and he was right.
